Take chocolate in a
big bowl. Boil sufficient water in a deep pan, keep the bowl over it and melt the chocolate.
Grate the rind of the
orange and set aside in a small bowl. Separate the segments, peel and deseed them and put them in another small bowl
Take the bowl off the
boiler, add star anise powder, sugar, 4 tbsps condensed milk and fresh cream and mix well. Keep the bowl in the refrigerator for 20-25 minutes.
Crumble digestive
biscuits and put into another bowl, sprinkle cocoa powder and mix well.
Take the chocolate
out and using a melon scooper, take roundels from the chocolate mixture and roll them in the biscuit-cocoa powder mixture till they are well coated.
Spread the remaining
biscuit-cocoa powder mixture in a serving platter, keep the chocolate rounds over it. Sprinkle orange segments and orange zest over them. Serve immediately.
