Spread salt in a plate.
Apply ½ tsp honey to the rim of each of 4 serving glasses, dip the rims in salt, so that a fine white ring is formed on the rim.
Boil 4 cups water in a
deep non-stick pan.
Put ginger, remaining
honey, fresh mint leaves and black salt equally in all the serving glasses, pour the boiling water over them and stir well.
