Medium cucumber, peeled and cut into small cubes 1
Medium beetroot,
boiled, peeled and cut into small cubes 1
Medium broccoli,
separated into small florets 1
Lemon juice 1 tsp

Methods
To prepare yogurt
dressing put yogurt, honey, ginger, carom seeds, salt and red chilli powder in a bowl and mix well. Serve the yogurt dressing in a serving bowl.
To make vegetable
kebab, take radish cubes, tomato cubes, cucumber cubes, beetroot cubes and broccoli florets in a mixing bowl. Add lemon juice and salt and mix well.
String on one cube of
each vegetable onto each skewer. Arrange the skewers on a serving platter and serve with the bowl of yogurt dressing.
