To make 1 crepe, take
3 egg whites in a bowl, add 1 tbsp powdered sugar, ¼ tsp vanilla extract and 2 tbsps creamy peanut butter and whisk everything together to a smooth batter.
Take half the cream
cheese in another bowl, add 1½ tbsps powdered sugar, half the vanilla essence and ¾ tsp cinnamon powder and mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan,
pour the batter into it and rotate the pan to spread the batter evenly. When the underside is done take it off the pan and keep on a plate. Keep some of the cream cheese mixture on it and fold it. Similarly make another crepe.
Arrange the crepes in
a serving platter and serve with chocolate sauce and nuts.
