Peel and chop the raw
mango and transfer into a blender jar. Add ½ cup water and blend to a fine puree.
Heat ¼ cup water in a
non-stick pan, add sugar and raw mango puree and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Set aside to cool down to room temperature.
Transfer the raw
mango mixture into the blender jar, add ripe mango pieces, mint leaves and cranberry juice and blend well. Add ice cubes and blend again.
Decorate 4 tall serving
glasses with a mango wedge on the rim of each. Pour the blended mixture equally into them and serve immediately.
