Ingredients

  • Figs, soaked in water for 30 minutes 1 cup
  • Low fat milk 3 cups
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Cornflour, mixed in 3 tbsps milk 3 tbsps
  • Honey 2 tsps

Methods

  • Bring milk to boil in a deep non-stick pan. Add lemon juice and stir continuously.
  • Add figs and mix. Add honey and mix well. Cook till the figs are completely soft.
  • Add cornflour-milk mixture and cook, stirring continuously to avoid lumps till the mixture is thick.
  • Pour into individual serving bowls and serve chilled or at room temperature.
