Heat oil in a non-stick
pan, add mustard seeds and red chillies and when the seeds splutter, add curry leaves and green chillies and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add onion and saute
till soft. Add French beans and salt, mix well and cook till they are done.
Add coconut and mix
well. Cook for another minute and then turn off the heat.
Transfer into a serving
bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
