Break the eggs into a
mixing bowl, add milk and whisk well. Add sugar, cinnamon powder and nutmeg powder and mix well.
Heat some oil in a
non-stick pan, add half the egg mixture and cook on medium heat till the underside is golden. Flip and cook till the other side is similarly cooked.
Transfer it onto a
chopping board, place a ginger bread man shaped cookie cutter over it and cut out.
Make another ginger
bread man in the same way.
Spread melted
chocolate on one ginger man, place the other ginger man over it and spread melted chocolate over it too.
Keep the Frenchman
on a serving platter, garnish with gems and serve.
