Ingredients

  • Medium beetroots, boiled, peeled and cut into cubes 2
  • Medium red apples, cored and cut into cubes 2
  • Lemon juice 2 tsps
  • Ginger, roughly chopped 3 inches
  • Fresh parsley 1 bunch
  • Yogurrt 1 cup

Methods

  • Put beetroot, apple, lemon juice, ginger, parsley, yogurt and 1 cup water in a blender and blend till smooth.
  • Pour into serving glasses and serve.
