Take potatoes, carrot,
French beans in a bowl, add salt, pepper powder, basil leaves and cornflour and mix well.
Divide into equal
portions and shape them into patties.
Heat sufficient oil in a
kadai. Spread cornflakes in a plate. Coat the patties in the cornflakes, slide them into hot oil and deep-fry till golden. Drain on absorbent paper.
Halve each bun
horizontally, spread butter on each half. Spread tomato ketchup on all the base halves. Place a patty on each, top with cheese slices and tomato slices. Cover with the other half and press down gently.
Keep them on serving
platter and serve immediately.
