Heat oil in a non-stick
pan, add ginger-garlic paste and onion and saute till golden.
Add tomato puree and
mix. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well and saute for 2 minutes. Add 1 cup water and mix till all the spices are well blended. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Drain the soya
granules and squeeze to remove excess water.
Add soya granules
and green peas to the pan and mix well. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Transfer into a serving
bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
