Ingredients

  • Rolled oats 4 cups
  • Skimmed milk 2 cups
  • Orange juice 2 tsps
  • Honey 2 tsps
  • Non-fat plain yogurt 2 cups
  • Brown sugar 2 tsps
  • Medium green apples, chopped into bite sized pieces 2
  • Ripe bananas, peeled and chopped into bite sized pieces 2
  • Raisins ½ cup
  • Walnuts, chopped 2 tsps
  • Almonds, chopped 2 tsps

Methods

  • Mix oats with milk, orange juice, honey, yogurt and brown sugar in a mixing bowl.
  • Spread the fruits in layers in sundae glasses.
  • Sprinkle raisins, walnuts and almonds on top and serve immediately.
