Ingredients

  • Medium tomatoes 3
  • Green chilli 1
  • Carrots, peeled and roughly chopped 250 gms
  • Orange juice 2 cups
  • Cherries 4 to garnish
  • Lemon wedes 4 to garnish

Methods

  • Cut tomatoes and pass them through a juicer and collect the juice in a bowl. Pass green chilli and carrots and collect the juice in the same bowl. Mix well.
  • Add orange juice and mix well.
  • Pour the juice into 4 glasses, garnish the rim of each glass with a lemon wedge and serve.
