Pour ½ cup milk in a
small non-stick pan, add cinnamon powder and sugar and heat, stirring, on low heat, till the milk comes to a boil. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Transfer the cinnamon
milk into a large jug, add remaining milk and coffee powder and whisk with an electric blender till frothy.
Pour into 4 serving
glasses, add ice cubes and serve with cinnamon stick for stirrers.
