Peel an orange and
remove its segments and seeds and put into a mixing bowl.
Add halved
strawberries, white wine and orange juice and mix. Add black pepper powder and a hand-torn mint leaves and mix gently. Set aside to marinate for 1 hour.
Put the crumbled
cookies into 4 glasses, top it with only the marinated fruits.
Add castor sugar to
the wine-orange juice mixture and mix well.
Pour this into the
glasses over the marinated fruits. Decorate with whipped cream, sprinkle a little black pepper powder and serve immediately.
