Cut cottage cheese into
cubes and place them on a plate. Sprinkle salt and ½ tsp chaat masala over them.
Mix together gram flour,
semolina, breadcrumbs, garlic, sesame seeds, ½ tsp chaat masala, red chilli powder and salt in a bowl. Add sufficient water and whisk well to make a smooth and thick batter.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Coat each cottage cheese cube with batter, place it in the pan and shallow fry on low heat, turning sides, till evenly browned and crisp on both sides.
