Ingredients

  • Roasted almonds, chopped 125 gms
  • Dark chocolate, chopped 175 gms

Methods

  • Dry roast the almonds in a non-stick pan on low heat till crisp. Set aside to cool down to room temperature.
  • Take chocolate in a bowl and melt on a double boiler and temper it properly.
  • Add almond to the chocolate and mix till all the almond pieces are well coated.
  • Line a baking tray with butter paper.
  • Drop spoon full of the chocolate-almond mixture on the butter paper till all the mixture is used up.
  • Keep the tray in the refrigerator to set.
  • Arrange on a serving platter and serve.
