One often has oatmeal and banana porridge, now you can make a smoothie with this combination

Ingredients

  • Ripe bananas 4
  • Oats, roasted and cooked 1 cup
  • Yogurt ⅔ cup
  • Almonds ½ cup
  • Honey 6 tbsps
  • Ice cubes a few
  • Almond flakes a few to garnish

Methods

  • Put oats in a blender jar and add yogurt. Cut 4 slices of a banana to use for garnish and peel the rest of the banana as well as the remaining bananas, cut roughly and put in the blender jar.
  • Add almonds and honey and blend everything till smooth.
  • Pour into 4 serving glasses, garnish the rim of each glass with a banana slice and serve immediately.
