Boil sufficient water in
a deep non-stick pan. Put chocolate blocks in a mixing bowl and keep it over the boiling water and stir till the chocolate melts.
Add condensed milk
and whisk. Add milk and whisk well.
Take the bowl out of
the boiling water. If necessary add a little more milk and whisk to get the consistency of chocolate sauce.
Transfer the chocolate
sauce into a cup.
Take the sizzler plate
off the heat and keep it on the sizzler tray. Arrange chocolate sticks, brownies, chocolate bars and gems on the plate. Pour the hot chocolate sauce over them and serve.
