Preheat oven to
200º C. Break the eggs, separate the yolks and whites and put them in separate bowls.
Melt the cooking
chocolate on a double boiler. Add butter and egg yolks to the melted chocolate and mix. Let this mixture cool down to room temperature.
Add castor sugar to
the egg whites and beat till soft peaks are formed. Add the chocolate mixture and mix gently.
Pour this mixture into
heart shaped ramekin moulds, keep the moulds in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Bring the ramekin
moulds out of the oven, dust icing sugar on top and serve.
