Cut the sweet limes
and oranges into chunks. Quarter the lemon.
First pass the sweet
lime pieces through a juicer followed by lemon and kaffir lime leaf. Lastly pass the orange pieces through the juicer.
Give a small slit on
one side of the orange slices, fold them lightly and put one into each of 4 serving glasses. Decorate the insides of the glasses with some orange marmalade.
Pour the juice into
them, decorate each glass with a twisted lemon peel and a lemon slice. Keep a decorative umbrella and a stirrer in each glass and serve.
