Ingredients

  • Desiccated coconut powder 1 cup
  • Milk powder 1 cup
  • Castor sugar ¾ cup
  • Boiled milk 4 to 5 tsps
  • Seedless dates, chopped 6
  • Raisins 12 to garnish

Methods

  • Mix coconut powder, milk powder and castor sugar in a bowl. Slowly add milk and make a dough.
  • Divide the dough into 12 equal portions. Spread each portion on your palm, place a little dates in the centre, gather the edges and press to seal. Further shape each portion into a laddoo.
  • Garnish each laddoo with a raisin. Arrange them on a serving platter and serve at room temperature.
