Put low fat cottage
cheese, jaggery and low fat milk in a blender and blend into a granular mixture.
Transfer the mixture
into a bowl, add pomegranate pearls and mix well. Pour the mixture onto a barfi tray lined with butter paper and spread evenly. Keep the tray in the refrigerator to set.
Boil orange juice and
lemon juice in a non-stick pan. Add cornflour and mix well so that there are no lumps. Cook stirring continuously till the mixture becomes thick and smooth.
Bring the tray out of
the refrigerator, cut into squares, pour the orange sauce over them and garnish with grapes. Serve.
