Heat brown sugar in a
non-stick pan, add the apple and cook.
Put chikoo, green
grapes, watermelon, spinach leaves, carrot, Mixed Fruit Juice in a blender jar and blend well.
Add 2 tbsps water to
the apple-brown sugar mixture till the sugar caramelizes and coats the apple slices.
Pour the juice into 4
tall glasses and gently keep the caramelized apple slices on top. Garnish the rim of each glass with a kiwi slice and 2-3 orange segments.
