Grapes, blueberries and oats blended together to make a delicious smoothie

Ingredients

  • Seedless red grapes 1 cup
  • Blueberries ½ cup
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Vanilla ice ceam 8 scoops + to garnish
  • Cookies 8 + to garnish
  • Saffola Fruit and Nut Oats 2 packets

Methods

  • Heat milk in a non-stick pan, add oats and cook till done. Take the pan off the heat and set aside to cool down to room temperature.
  • Transfer it into a blender jar, add red grapes, blueberries, 4 vanilla ice cream scoops and 4 cookies and blend till smooth.
  • Pour into 4 serving glasses, place one scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of smoothie in each glass, place one cookie on top of ice cream scoop in each glass.
  • Serve immediately.
