Take wheat flour, oats, spring onions, green chilli, garlic, salt, cumin seeds and yogurt in a bowl and mix well. Add sufficient water and knead into a soft dough.
Divide the dough into
4 equal portions and roll them out into paranthas.
Heat a non-stick tawa and cook the paranthas, one at a time, flipping and drizzling a little oil till both sides are evenly done.
Arrange the
paranthas on a serving platter and serve hot.
