Ingredients

  • Peanut butter ¼ cup
  • Low fat vanilla yogurt ½ cup
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Oatmeal ⅓ cup
  • Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
  • Ripe banana, peeled 1
  • Honey (optional) 2 tbsps
  • Chocolate chips (optional) ¼ cup

Methods

  • Put peanut butter, vanilla yogurt, milk, oatmeal, cinnamon powder, banana, honey and chocolate chips in a blender jar and blend till smooth.
  • Pour into serving glasses and serve.
