Pour orange juice into
a non-stick pan, add castor sugar, cinnamon powder and clove powder and boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or till the mixture forms a thick syrup.
Keep a strainer lined
with muslin cloth over a bowl, pour the syrup into it and strain. Set aside to cool for 5-10 minutes.
Pour the mixture
equally into 4 serving glasses and fill them up apple juice.
