Ingredients

Ice cubes as required
Lemons 4
Brown sugar 4 tbsps
Drinking soda as required
Lemon slices 4 to garnish
Fresh mint leaves a few to garnish

Methods

For each portion, cut one lemon into wedges and put in a cocktail shaker with 1 tbsp brown sugar. Crush it together with a muddling stick or a pestle.
Add some ice cubes and shake the cocktail shaker till well blended.
Strain into a serving glass, top with drinking soda, garnish with some mint leaves and a lemon slice and serve immediately.
