Heat olive oil in a large
non-stick pan, add onion and garlic and saute till they become soft.
Add broccoli, potato
and chicken broth and mix well. Once the mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes, or till the vegetables are tender.
Blend with a hand
blender till smooth. Add nutmeg powder, salt and pepper powder and mix well. Bring to a boil again.
Transfer into a serving
bowl and serve piping hot.
