Heat cream in a
non-stick pan. Take white chocolate in a bowl, add the hot cream and mix till the chocolate melts completely. Take the pan off the heat and fold in whipped cream.
Put this mixture in a
piping bag and pipe some mousse on a serving plate. Keep a cookie over it, top with some mousse. Similarly use up the remaining cookies and mousse. Keep the plates in the refrigerator to chill.
Serve garnished with
chocolate flakes, red cherries and chocolate cookie triangles.
