Cut the lemons into
wedges and squeeze their juice into a bowl. Add crushed black peppercorns and salt. Gradually add honey and whisk to make the dressing.
Cut pear and apple
into medium cubes and put into the bowl of dressing.
Add pineapple. Hull
and halve the strawberries and add. Halve the red grapes and add. Add the musk melon.
Separate the segments
of sweet lime and add. Peel and cut banana and add and mix everything together.
Tear a few fresh mint
leaves and add and mix. Transfer onto a serving plate and serve immediately.
