Break eggs into a
bowl, add flour, baking powder, milk and sugar and whisk till you get a smooth and thick batter adding water if required.
Heat some butter in a
non-stick pan, pour a ladle full of batter and spread it evenly. Cook till the underside is golden, then flip and cook till the other side is equally done. Use up all the batter similarly.
Transfer the pancakes
into serving plates and serve them hot with jam.
