Grate 2 zucchinis into
a bowl. Squeeze out excess water and put into another bowl.
Add coriander leaves,
onion, salt, white pepper powder, egg and refined flour and mix well.
Heat sufficient oil in a
non-stick pan.
Divide the mixture into
equal portions and shape each portion into a pattie. Place them in the hot pan and shallow-fry, turning sides, till both sides are evenly cooked and golden.
