Boil sufficient water in a
deep non-stick pan, add pasta with salt and oil and cook till pasta is cooked al dante. Drain and refresh in cold water. Drain well.
Heat oil in a non-stick
pan, add garlic and spinach and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add salt, black pepper
powder and pasta, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add tomato and cook till
tomato softens.
Transfer into a serving
bowl, garnish with cottage cheese and serve hot.
